Crazy Joe's only processes personal data that you provide to us yourself via:
• the Zenchef reservation system, or
• a reservation or job application by email to info@crazyjoes.nl.
The data we may receive includes:
• First and last name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Any comments or additional information you add yourself
• (For job applications:) additional data from your message or CV.
3. Purpose of the data processing
We process your personal data solely for the following purposes:
• Handling and confirming reservations via Zenchef.
• Responding to reservations, questions or comments sent by email.
• Assessing job applications sent to our email address.
Crazy Joe's does not use your data for commercial or automated decision-making and does not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Sharing personal data with third parties
Crazy Joe's only shares personal data with third parties where this is necessary to provide our services:
• Zenchef – for managing and processing reservations via our website. Zenchef acts as a processor under the GDPR and has concluded a processor agreement with us.
• Netlify – for hosting the website. This party has access to server data but not to your personal data.
Crazy Joe's does not sell your data to third parties.
5. Retention periods
We do not keep personal data longer than strictly necessary:
• Reservation data: a maximum of 3 months after the reservation, unless legal obligations require a longer retention period (for example accounting obligations).
• Job applications: a maximum of 4 weeks after the application procedure has ended, unless you give permission to keep your data longer.
6. Data security
Crazy Joe's takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure or alteration of personal data.
The website and the Zenchef reservation system use SSL encryption (a secure, encrypted connection).

You have the right to:
• request access to the personal data we process about you;
• request correction or deletion of your data;
• object to the processing of your data;
• withdraw your consent for processing.
