2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all visits to Crazy Joe's, as well as to all agreements and transactions that take place within the restaurant, including payments, gift vouchers and reservations.
By taking a seat in the restaurant, the guest declares to have read and to agree with these terms.
3. Payment and discounts
• One table = one bill: for clear and smooth service we use one shared bill per table.
• Payment method: payment can only be made directly after your visit. Payment on account or afterwards is not possible. Both card and cash payments are accepted.
4. Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers issued by Crazy Joe's are:
• Valid for one year from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise.
• Redeemable only once.
• Not exchangeable for cash.
• Only usable at Crazy Joe's.
Loss or theft of a gift voucher is at the holder's risk. Crazy Joe's is not liable for unauthorised use of a gift voucher.
5. Reservations
A reservation can be made via our reservation system (Zenchef) or by phone or email. You can let us know about changes by phone or email. Please let us know in good time if you cannot make it, so we can offer the table to other guests. Additional arrangements may apply to large groups.
6. Smoking & vaping
Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes/vapes is not permitted inside the restaurant, in accordance with the Dutch Tobacco and Smoking Products Act (1 July 2020).
Guests can take a smoking or vaping break outside on the terrace.
7. Respect & conduct
We do everything we can to give every guest a pleasant experience.
We ask all our guests to behave respectfully towards our team and other guests.
In the event of disruptive or inappropriate behaviour, Crazy Joe's reserves the right to refuse or remove guests without refund.
8. Prices
All prices include VAT. The prices and offering on the menu in the restaurant are leading.
9. Liability
Crazy Joe's is not liable for loss of, damage to or theft of guests' personal belongings.
Damage caused to the restaurant's property by guests will be charged.
Use of our facilities is at your own risk.
10. Force majeure
In the event of force majeure (such as fire, power failure, government measures or other unforeseen circumstances), Crazy Joe's is not liable for damage resulting from partial or complete non-performance of obligations.
11. Applicable law
These terms and all agreements are governed exclusively by and reserved to Dutch law.
